It may seem like magic but in reality, designing and editing can take a lot of time and effort especially when customized starting from scratch. We constantly update our lead times to accommodate our clients in the best way possible. We strongly advise to have all your information and design details ready upon booking with us.

WHAT IS A 'PRINT-IT-YOURSELF' DESIGN SERVICE AND WHY DO YOU OFFER THAT?

Print-it-yourself or in another term "printables" refer to paper goods design such as invitations and stationery wherein the designer does all the hard work and magic of designing, laying out and editing of the said paper goods but giving the freedom to the client to print on their own at home or at  their local printing shops.  We wanted to continue mastering our craft without sacrificing the quality of our work as our number of clients rapidly grow. We are a one-man-team, currently owned and managed by a single momma and realistically speaking, that limits our production abilities if we are to offer printing services. We want to give our clients a meticulously crafted design that should be well-worth of what they paid for. And hey, by experience and as a self-confessed DIY junkie, home printing can actually save a lot of money! ;)

CAN I USE DIFFERENT WORDING THAN WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE SAMPLE?

Yes, of course! If the wording used in our template doesn't fit well with you, you are free to use your own and we will edit it for you. Just be sure to include all of the wording exactly how you'd like it displayed on your design. Be mindful though about it being text-heavy as this will affect the font sizes and spacing.

WILL I HAVE A CHANCE TO SEE MY PROOF BEFORE MY ORDER IS FINALIZED?

Yes! All orders that require editing and personalization will receive a digital proof via email. This is for you to review for any revisions prior to finalizing your order.

CAN I REQUEST FOR REVISIONS AS MUCH AS I WANT?

No. For template designs, 2 minor revisions are allowed. For customized orders, 3 minor revisions are allowed after the initial proofing. Our pricing was reasonably set based on the estimated number of hours we work on a project + business costs. Any additional revision requests beyond the free rounds included will incur an additional fee.

CAN I EDIT THE DESIGN ON MY OWN?

Unfortunately, no. Our designs are non-editable and are the property of Papeldelights. All customization & revisions are done in our end. You will have a chance to review everything when we send our proofing and then a final output will be sent once we get your final approval.

WILL I BE GETTING A PRINTED OUTPUT?

No. We cater editing services on the templates listed in our shop. Our online studio aims to provide easy-access customization to beautifully designed invitations and stationery. You will have the option to use our files as e-invites or take them to your local print shop. Depending on your preference, we can also provide a print-it-yourself  layout if you wish to print at home (more savings! *wink*).

MY ENTOURAGE AND WEDDING DETAILS AREN'T FINAL YET BUT I ALREADY WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER, CAN I DO SO?

Yes! For custom orders, we can go ahead and do the designing part first since that's what really takes up much time to work on. The final entourage list, wording changes and other text details can be updated later on during the revision rounds. We strongly suggest though, to have them finalized within a month or two as we try to keep a steady work timeline and schedule.

I WANT A CUSTOMIZED DESIGN, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes! Papeldelights started out from customized design orders and is still accepting such. We require our clients to contact us first to discuss the design vision our client wants. We highly suggest to have your design inspirations and color palette ready. We try our best to accommodate everyone but since we are a one-man-team, please do consider the volume, schedule and lead time for us to have a smooth transaction.
