Terms of Service
We will design the look-and-feel and layout of your invitation. A single customized design transaction includes one main design plus the opportunity for you to make up to three rounds of revisions. If you're not happy with the designs after the first proofing and no longer wish to continue working with us, 50% of the project's full price will be refunded. Should you wish to continue, we will revise the design as requested. Customized orders cover initial designing plus 2-3 free rounds of revisions (depending on service availed). Any revisions request thereafter will incur an additional fee.
We may include a dummy text in the initial design process but it is the client's responsibility to provide, proof and confirm the final text content in every project. We'll be happy to help though, and give ideas on which wordings suit best.
CHANGES AND REVISIONS
We know from plenty of experience that fixed-price contracts are rarely beneficial to you, as they often limit you
to your first idea about how something should look, or how it might work. We don't want to limit either your
options or your opportunities to change your mind.
The prices of all our projects and listings are based on the number of work hours and days that we
estimate we'll need to accomplish everything that you have told us you want to achieve. If you do want make further changes beyond the number of revisions allowed both for template and customized designs, an additional fee shall apply. Along the way we might ask you to put requests in writing so we can keep track of changes.
It is in our best discretion on what font styles would suit best on our design. We have a huge library of fonts, both with free and standard license and we use them in accordance to their terms respectively. In any instance that you would like us to use a certain (free) font, please provide us the name and link and we will download it for you.
You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, or other artwork that you provide us in addition to our design are either owned by your good selves, or that you have permission to use them.
When we receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:
You own the additional graphics and other visual elements that we create for you for this project. We, on our
part, have a library of design resources we use to complete this design project and we license it to you for use only on our agreed project.
We love to show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so we reserve the right to
display our projects as part of our portfolio and to write about it on web sites, articles and in social media. We
also reserve the right to possibly include customized designs in future collections and listings in our stores.
We are sure you understand how important it is as a small business that you pay the exact amount of your order upon checkout. As we're also sure you'll want to stay friends, you agree to stick tight to the full payment for the total rate displayed on your order for us to start with the editing/designing process.
Although the language is simple, the intentions are serious and the terms and conditions on this page binds all of our listings and projects intact with aims for us to keep a positive working relationship with our clients.
Below is a simpler, non-jargon list of do's and don'ts, just to make sure we are clear before we start designing!
✔ You are allowed to print as much copies as you like.
✔ You may share and post them in social media or blogs.

✔ You may use it for personal use only.
✔ Only digital files will be sent, no actual prints.
✖ You may not alter or tamper our work in any way whether by using editing programs or apps.
✖ You may not re-sell, distribute our files and templates or claim as your own.
